I cannot provide a link to SFC playground as reproduction steps require running npm install

@builder555 Try yarn add sass-loader --save, maybe it could help you.

@ygj6 yup, tried using yarn as well - same error.

i'm still not sure why this bug report is marked as closed? was it fixed?

This obviously not a bug.

@caozhong1996 if you try installing sass from one of the predefined settings (no manual npm install steps), the same error happens.
