as per rollup docs generateBundle => Called at the end of bundle.generate() or immediately before the files are written in bundle.write()

@yyx990803 i will test the change properly. seems like the tests are failing with timeout.

i will closed this since my code changed is not possible. the stopService should call after the bundles/chucks, css and html write or generated
