open my email and click on the provided appeal link

What is expected?

I was expecting to be directed to a form to submit an online appeal Facebook.

What is actually happening?

I am receiving an error a 451 error message:UNAVAILABLE FOR LEGAL REASONS deployment disabled

My new Facebook ad was flagged for possible copywriter infringement. I received an email from Facebook stating that I could complete the form for appealing submit documentation showing that I actually own the ad on my business page. I was not able to complete tat process because the Lin stopped working after 6 hours.
